Dimensional's professional staff combines extensive investment experience with trading expertise, specifically focused and tailored for Dimensional's portfolios. The Investment Committee sets and reviews policies and procedures for all strategies, and portfolio managers make daily trading decisions.

Dimensional Fund Advisors Ltd., our London subsidiary, is a registered investment advisor (with the FSA in the UK and the SEC in the US). Dimensional Ltd. manages several UK funds as Open-Ended Investment Companies (OEICs) as well as an Irish umbrella fund constituted as an Undertaking for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS). Our London office additionally acts as a sub-advisor for our UK and Continental small company portfolios and provides trading for these portfolios.

DFA Australia Limited, a subsidiary, is registered in Australia and the US (with the ASIC in Australia and the SEC in the US). Opened in December 1994, DFA Australia now manages a series of trusts for the Australian investment community. Additionally, the office serves as the sub-advisor for our Japanese and Asia Pacific portfolios, providing information and trading for Far East companies and markets.

Dimensional Fund Advisors Canada Inc. is our Canadian subsidiary and is registered in British Columbia. DFA Canada offers a suite of seasoned Dimensional strategies, now designed specifically for a Canadian audience.
